Transfer Application Filing Periods question

<p>I am quite confused on what exactly the filing period means. They have information on the deadlines @ <a href="http://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/application-deadlines%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/application-deadlines&lt;/a>, however for transfer there is no set deadline to have your application ready for. I am uncertain about when I really need to get everything done and submitted. I have almost every part of my application ready but I ams still in doubt. Also, do I have to submit everything by the deadline (letters of rec, transcript, scores), or jut the application itself?</p>
