<p>I'm gonna be a sophomore at Berkeley trying to transfer for incoming junior year.</p>
<p>Major: Business Administration and Legal Studies</p>
<p>GPA: 4.0 (or possibly 3.9 something if i really **** up)</p>
<p>ECs: some business clubs, etc etc. some internships at companies, non profits, etc etc.</p>
<p>Have a faculty advisor who is a professor write a good rec for me.</p>
<p>Chances?</p>

<p>What are your reasons for transferring? Having the right kind of reason matters. Also, Yale doesn't have business administration or legal studies majors. How does that impact you?</p>
<p>Your chances are very slim even if you have a perfect 4.0. Yale has the lowest transfer acceptance rate in the country, something like 2%, because nobody at Yale ever wants to leave. However, you might as well try. You will probably need to have a compelling reason that has to be communicated clearly in the app.</p>
