Transfer chances of acceptance

<p>I am a transfer student, looking at these colleges. What are my chances?</p>

SAT: between 1200-1300 (I think, waiting to hear back, never took during h.s.)</p>

High school GPA (many Fs and Ds) was horrendous but have since over past 5 years have made sharp and constant incline</p>

<p>I dont know based on your stats....im not familiar with transfers...but a Yale rep told me one time that about 360 or so apply and 30 are accepted....sorry thats all i can help you with....i just didnt want your post to go unanswered.</p>

<p>Sorry, but HYS are crazy hard transfers, much more than even for first years. Your scores are too low. You need to Apply to Cornell and Northwestern, by far the easiest top schools to transfer into.</p>

<p>You can also enroll in Penn's School of General Studies, it's the only non-selective, non-traditional program at the Ivies where you earn the same degree as all the other students (and can even take night classes with adults instead of day classes with the regular students).</p>
