Transfer chances for Columbia, UPenn, Cornell, Brown and NYU Engineering

Hi, Here are my stats. I’m trying to transfer to Engineering. What do you guys think are my chances?

Major - ECE (Freshman)
Current school -> Top 40 engineering school (very reputed private university)
Transfer Appplication -> Sophomore standing for ECE
GPA - 3.95

Course Rigor - First semester -> freshman courses, Second semester -> One sophomore course and rest are tough freshman courses
Citizenship -> International Indian (which is why I didn’t have AP credits)
HS GPA : 98%
SAT 2 - 1600/1600 (Math L2, Phy)
SAT 1 - (760M, 650CR, 600W) (Doesn’t matter much for transfer does it?)

ECs -

College :
Creating new sports club (Founder, President)
Part of Executive Board of a very important club
Active Member of 11 other clubs (Most of which are engineering)
Involved in and completed close to 10 engineering projects one of which is sponsored by my current school (they kind of searched for me).
Working as a Research Assistant currently.
One of the scholars of a very famous international organization (don’t want to go into specifics to keep my identity a secret.

High School:
Research abstract done for research that I did
Won many national science competitions with very good ranks within state
Participated and won a variety of Competitions (MUNs, etc etc)
Awarded honorary title
Founded organization

Other information:

-> Have solid reason to transfer (course that is not currently available here but is there)
-> Write good essays

PS - Other than NYU…step OUT of the Ivies more! As an IVY alumni myself, you aren’t missing too much. In fact, the best engineering schools in the WORLD are MIT/Stanford and Caltech respectively. Why aren’t you applying to any of them? #YOLO

Haha I figured it would be a waste of money to apply for the more selective ones such as MIT, etc. The ivies have the classes that I want to take. Plus, I can’t apply to any other colleges anymore. Thanks for the input! What do you exactly mean by moderate chance?
