Transfer chances for Upenn, Columbia and NYU

<p>I graduated top 5% in high school. I got a 4.0 last semester at Oxford College of Emory University. I got a 2010 on the SAT. I have really strong essays. I've participated in a variety of EC's. Any thoughts?</p>
