Transfer chances, success stories?

Hi Guys,
I'm a mathematics/Economics major at New York University (mostly math courses as of right now).
It's an awesome school, but I'm not happy here.
I want to transfer to a better university, preferably with a higher ranking because my parents will not let me transfer down.
I'm a rising sophomore, and I plan on applying as a junior transfer.
Stats:
high school gpa: 3.45 (bombed that, I wasn't really focused. But I did come from a top ranked high school)
College GPA: 3.9 (expected to maintain 3.85-3.9)
SATS: 2190 (M:740, R:740, W:710)
I also have a poetry book published, have been a dancer and singer for 14 years, am a member of 3 clubs(no leadership position :/) , am in the presidential scholars honors program, and plan on applying for an individual research grant this year from the dean's undergraduate research fund (most applicants usually receive the grant)

What are some schools I have a decent shot at? This will really help me out!
I've been working really hard for this. I'm worried my HS GPA will hold me back.
thanks so much guys
