Transfer Chances: UCI, SDSU, USD, UW, Cal Poly

so my situation is a bit different. I have gone to UCSB the past 2 years as pre-economics/accounting major. Due to pretty extreme health problems last year I could only take 19 units (part time fall/winter, took leave in spring). I plan to go CC next year to get my units to a junior level transfer and bring up my gpa.

UCSB (63 Quarter Credits): 3.24 GPA as pre econ/accounting (took 7 prerequisite courses)

CC: (24-28 semester credits): 3.9-4.0 (projected) taking marketing/accounting/etc.

For the schools below what are my chances (applying to business school for all of them, emphasis in accounting)

UC Irvine
San Diego St
University of San Diego
University of Washington
Cal Poly Slo

im a california resident and scored 1300/1960 on my SAT. Accepted to UCI, SLO, SDSU out of high school, but didnt go :/ didn't know I would hate the econ side at UCSB!

BUMP dis sh!+ lol really though i dont understand how admissions look at gpa’s from a UC and CC when calculating and weighing which is more important.

getting a bit desperate lol if someone knows how i would be looked at, comment please!

would like to get a feel for way i stand. any input appreciated…
