<p>Well, I'd like to say that according the Agreement Governing the Activities of States on the Moon and other Celestial Bodies of 1979, exploitation of the moon for military or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited; article IV states that "the exploration and the use of the moon shall be the province of all mankind and should be carried out for the benefit of all."</p>
<p>So, I mean, don't think that telling Stanford you've got these moon rocks or whatever is really going to get you anywhere, dude.</p>
