Transfer Chances?

Hi, I'm currently a freshman at OSU and I came in with 39 credits, and I just did 18 credits this semester and still landed a 4.0. I'm gonna take 17 next semester so I'll have 74 done by the end of my freshman year (would this make me a junior transfer or sophomore since I'm still a freshman?) My high school gpa was a 3.8, but my ACT/SAT are low (30/2020). As for ec's go, I was selected to be in NSLI-Y, which is a government-funded organization that promotes critical languages, and I stayed with a host family in Deyang, Sichuan, China for 7 weeks to study Chinese in a classroom-intensive environment. I also took Chinese courses at Hunter College as part of the Startalk program and got A's (which would be a 4.0 on my transcript obvi) Anyways, should I bother applying to schools like Northwestern, Penn, UMich, UVA, or Cornell? Or would they just be too high of a reach?

Stats Recap:
-3.8/4.0 unweighted hs gpa
-4.0 college gpa (I'm a first year but I've completed 57 credits, 39 coming in from AP, and just finished 18 for my 1st semester)
-SAT: 2020, ACT: 30 (plan on retaking in February)
-4.0 gpa from my Chinese courses at Hunter College
-EC's: Startalk Hunter College Chinese Program, NSLI-Y Mandarin Summer in Deyang, China, ESL instructor at my local library, and did some volunteer work in China. In college I'm apart of: OSWAG (dog-walking club), Thaakat, Le Cercle Francais Undergraduate Economics Society, Polish Club, Peace Studies Society, Organization of Arab Students
-Recipiant of Premio de Plata awards for Levels 4 and 5 on the National Spanish Exam (awards/certificates for those) (scored in the 90th percentile both times)
-AP Scholar w/ Distinction (probably not relevant but whatever)
