I just took two Biology classes that are approved on UofM's Community College List for transferring credits. However, I am not exactly sure how I transfer the credits. Is there a form on umich.edu that I'm unaware of? I realize that I could just tell the community college to fax a copy of my transcript to my counselor, but I want to know the proper protocol.

We were told to have the Comunity College send the transcripts to U of M. Due to some weird scheduling, Son took college classes at three different colleges his senior year of high school. All three web sites had places on them to request transcripts. Two had small charges ($4 and $5) and the third sent the transcript for free.

You will also need a note from your high school that says you did not use those classes for high school credit.

Have you been to orientation yet? Son's Advisor was the one that gave him the address to have the transcripts sent to.

Yeah, Jawman. If you're transferring in, just have the community college send your transcript to the U of M undergraduate admissions office. They take care of updating with the new summer info from there. It only took a week or two before my courses showed up on my transcript on WA.
