Transfer Degree Audit

I'm wondering if any of the transfers who have been accepted had their degree audits updated. Do your credits show that they fulfill requirements on the degree audit or are they all listed at the bottom as "other courses"? Does anyone know if ours credits are placed into our majors requirements at orientation or is you degree audit supposed to complete before orientation? The reason I ask is because none of my credits, even basic gen eds show as fulfilling requirements. I am an OOS transfer and I have emailed an advisor twice asking if the degree audits are complete and if this is how our credits have been evaluated but I receive no response.

For anyone interested I just got a response. Some credits have been evaluated and others can be done at orientation while scheduling and speaking with an advisor.

How long did it take you from acceptance to showing a degree audit? Mine is still not up yet on ISIS, and when I look it still says I don’t have a major.

It took about 2 weeks but I was accepted in mid to late February so it may take longer to get a degree audit because they have accepted more applicants since then.

Mine just updated.

I received a decision last Wednesday. So, it took little over a week.

My degree audit is up. It says I don’t have Microbiology… but I took it over a year ago. I’m not going to stress about it, but I will make sure I mention it to them. It’s kind of confusing to read to me, but I am not going to worry about it yet.

I’ve been stressing because every course but one bio lab shows as an “other” course not fulfilling the requirements. My AP credit courses also dont show up at all in the degree audit even though I know UF has them because they listed them in the test score section. I guess this is what I get for being out of state.

The reason why I wouldn’t stress is because you were accepted to UF, not only because you met and/or exceeded the requirements of your college and major, but because you will have completed your first two years of general education - they would not have accepted you if this was not the case. It is a requirement to get into UF as a junior, as far as I know. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

When can you go see an advisor? Is the next time at preview? If you can’t go see one sooner than that, I would call them and talk to them if it’ll ease your mind. I would not be too concerned with it though, it will not change much in the way of which classes you need to take (especially since they have all of your transcripts) and I think that the audit is kind of wacky right now anyways… I think that it might not be 100% accurate.

ufhopeful,
Does your degree audit tell you your college and major under the personal information section?

Just wondering because it’s missing from my information…

Nope, mine is missing too. Maybe that does not go up until preview…
