english is my first major, and while i'm not a transfer, i am friends with a couple. so PM me with specific questions - it may be easier for me to get you a more prompt answer.

Whats your second major? And what do you think you're going to do after undergrad?

I'm English too, I think (rising sophomore) but it seems like everyone double majors! I'm not sure whether I should or not. And not just because "everyone else is doing it", haha. Why did you choose to double major?

my second major is economics, and i'm looking to take a more business/corporate route after graduation. ideally i'm looking at things in the consulting sphere, although i am doing sales & trading this summer and maybe i'll love that. if not, what i originally wanted when i decided on the two majors is something more in marketing and advertising.

lots of people double major when there are overlapped courses between the two. i'm a rising senior, and this past semester was the first (and probably the last) where i ever had an overlapping course. i chose to double major because i loved both departments, i was (and still am) incredibly interested in the two fields, and i've always felt that the combination would be worthwhile for my interests.
