<p>I'm an incoming transfer student and I was wondering if the Transfer Experience Theme Community in the Gardenia is worth it. I'm coming from another four-year university and got so used to an apartment that I don't know if I can handle dorming again. However, I would be interested in it if this community was worth it!</p>
