<p>Does anyone know if we would be paired with other transfer students if we apply for university apartments? Is Gardenia Way the only housing option to live with other transfers? </p>

<p>if other transfers apply to other areas besides Gardenia way then you may be paired with them. Not all the transfers will be in Gardenia Way, you could end up in Rieber for instance with a transfer student or a freshman</p>

<p>I put down transfer theme housing as my first choice and university apartments as second. </p>
<p>I’m pretty sure you’d be paired with other transfers or UD students at the apartments but I’m not entirely sure. Personally, I opted for Gardenia. </p>
<p>My daughter just got Hitch Suites. She asked for Transfer theme. Supposedly, it’s a dump with rats. Anyone know anything about it? We can only hope it got remodeled since last reviews, so the rats have better living conditions. </p>
