So during high school, I was a pretty studious person. I got decent grades and had a 3.7 gpa. I decided though to go to community college instead of going straight to a UC or Cal. Entering CC, I had that determination to get good grades, finish in 2 years and transfer out. But, I had just started working 2 jobs at that time. I unfortunately shifted my focus from school to work and this caused major problems. I continued to focus on work for 2 years, my gpa really suffering. It’s hard for me to say this, but unfortunately my gpa is at 1.75. I’m in my 3rd year at CC right now, and I finally am getting my head back into it. I’m not working as much anymore and im putting a lot more time into school. Although I’m trying now, I can’t really erase what happened the past two years. I have 1.75 gpa with 26 credits completed. What is my likelihood of raising that gpa to above a 3.0 and also my likelihood of being able to transfer to somewhere like UCLA or UCI?
