Transfer from Community College

<p>I'm an international student and I am interested in going to Santa Monica College first before transferring to MoHo. Does anyone know whats is the approximate GPA i need to get from SMC or any other CCs to be able to successfully transfer? There is an articulation agreement:

It states 3.2 but I think it should be higher right? I emailed SMC and MoHo but they didnt give me an approx GPA. </p>
