Transfer from UB to Binghamton or Stonybrook?

I am a current freshman enrolled at UB majoring in Econ and I am planning on applying to both Binghamton and Stonybrook for Fall2019. I have a 3.43 GPA and a 1290 SAT score. I got a 5 on AP Macro, an A in Micro but a C in Calc 1. What are my chances of being accepted as a transfer in these schools?
