Transfer GPA questions to UCLA

I want to apply to UCLA as a transfer student in the next couple of years. I used to attend Cal State LA and flunked out with a 0.575 GPA and instead started again at a community college where I’m doing much better. Will UCLA add my GPA from Cal State LA to my current cumulative at my community college? Or will they just look at my old grades (take it into consideration) and not count it in the cumulative GPA I have at the community college? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

They add them all but as to how they process it is another story. Best bet: repeat as many as possible at the CCC, get outstanding grades at the CCC, have a compelling reason why you tanked, and get academic renewal at CSULA if allowed.
