Transfer, grade mess-up

Hey guys,

Recently, I applied as a transfer student with finance as my intended major. Throughout high school, my grades were completely mediocre, with a weighted GPA of 3.5ish. While I've been in community college these past two years, I've managed to maintain around a 3.75ish GPA with plenty of volunteering and other extracurricular activities. I submitted my application a couple months ago and have not heard back yet. Last week, I finished my winter quarter. I found out that I received a C+ in calculus II. This is my first "C" that I have received and I'm wondering if that will affect my chances on going into the business school. I have already submitted my transcript so they will not see this past quarter's grades. If I do get accepted, will they rescind my acceptance to the school because of the C+ in calculus II? Any input is greatly appreciated!

So you would go in as a finance major and then switch majors to business?

I think you will be fine. Once they accept you, I do not think they would rescind it.
