<p>I have decided to attend USC and I sent in my housing application today as I know that transfer housing is very scarce (just admitted today)...when do we choose our meal plan...and what meal plan is the best "bang for your buck" if you are not huge eater (ie. don't want to waste money and don't eat 3 meals a day)..</p>
<p>Also, how long does it usually take once you submit your housing request to get a room assignment?</p>
