<p>I am transferring this spring to stony brook and am applying for housing. I am a biology major with an intent of going pre-med or pre-health, is there anyone who can help me figure out which dorm would be best for me? I am just so confused they all seem good, but i would hate to be living somewhere i hate or that is horrible.</p>
<p>I’m not sure if you know, but on campus housing isn’t guaranteed for transfer students. You’ll be on a wait-list with other transfers and commuters seeking on campus housing. Given the fact that freshmen are still being detripled into doubles, there usually isn’t that much, if any, extra space to go around.</p>
<p>That being said, you can’t go wrong with Tabler Quad. The only complaint anyone ever has about living there is how far away it is from the academic mall, but everyone who lives there loves it. I enjoy H- and G-Quads though, but I’ve lived there the entire time that I’ve been here.</p>
