<p>WUSTL gives some merit scholarships to transfers. However, I believe they're just for St. Louis or MO residents and I'm not sure what the amounts are. In general, there are very few merit scholarships for transfers.</p>
<p>My Ds school gives very small merit scholarships for transfers - no where near as large as those for freshman.</p>
