<p>I'm attending uni overseas (first-year) can I apply as a freshman i.e. apply with this year's applicant pool? If I'm okay with my credits not being counted? </p>

<p>It doesn’t matter where you’re attending college, you can submit transfer applications. All students wishing to enter as a soph year transfer apply during their fr year in college, so the schools usually only see 1 sem of college grades and possibly midterm report.</p>
