Transfer Orientation

<p>Does anyone know when their transfer orientation is? I have received nothing in the mail about orientation, and on TritonLink the New Student Gateway says that the orientation site will be open "Mid-Late May"... and it's now June. I looked on Muir's website also and it said the dates for last years transfer orientation was July 18-20. Does anyone have a clue as to where I can find this information because it seems like UCSD is hiding it from me.</p>

<p>Hey Kevin, Muir now has dates for this year: July 9, 10, 11. I'll be going on the 9th with any luck. (;</p>

<p>Ok cool they updated that now at least.. hopefully i can get the 11th. Now just to find out how to sign up for orientation lol.</p>

<p>Sept. 22 is the orientation date for ERC. It's in the transfer timeline.</p>

<p>where are you getting the date from scout05? the timeline also says instruction begins sept 25.</p>

<p>yeah, welcome week starts the 22nd, but school classes start the 25th</p>

<p>Ah, I see. I just recieved the orientation package in the mail today. I was mistaken since the UCSD website says fall quarter begins on Sept. 22nd. But the actual date is the 25th, I suppose.</p>

<p>But Sept. 22nd seems so late for orientation! Why do some of the other colleges get to have orientation much earlier?</p>
