Transfer out of art school

Hi, I am a current freshman at MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art) who wants to transfer to a University. With only on semester under my belt of only art classes what are my chances? Should I drop out of my college after only one semester of art classes to take more academic classes at a community college? Should I stick out second semester with the risk of none of my credits transferring and wasting that money? Should I apply to the school as a freshman?

My intended major is Interactive Design and the schools I am looking at as of now are University of Michigan, Carnegie Mellon(my two long shots), University of Denver, and Depaul University. Also if you know of any other schools that have good Interaction programs please let me know

Get out of art school asap.

Call each school and ask how your courses may transfer if they wont take any of them drop out and do CC for a semester.

Also what do people know about Drexel’s interactive program?
