transfer question, please help me!

Hey guys, hope you can help me!!

I am living in Texas finishing my AA in sciences, (major pre-Pharmacy), I am probably moving back to Florida right after I finish the AA, my question is : I want to apply to UF school of Pharmacy or Nova University but these universities require more courses than the ones that I am taking right now here ( I mean after my AA here in Texas, I am going to need like 5 or 6 more courses required to apply. Please I need some experience, or any advise would be highly appreciated, What should I do? After getting my AA should I apply as a transfer student at UF, finish my 5 classes and then apply to UF pharmacy school?

thanks so much! :)

Even though an AA is the minimum requirement, the program is very competitive.

They (UF) likely wouldn’t consider you for the program and would expect you to transfer as a junior and finish the pre-professional courses. Or you can continue at a local CC for a year or so and complete the pre-professional courses (but I would still check to see if you would need a BS/BA to be thought of as “competitive”).
