Transfer questions (AA, etc)

So I'm planning on applying for fall '13 to CSU's and maybe UC's (if I can). My major is Electrical Engineering.

The problem is that I don't have a lot of my GE's finished right now but I DO have over 60+ units. I have pretty much all major pre-reqs done. So basically for my spring term should I go and finish my very last physics class (E&M) or should I focus on GE's and get some AA's instead? Apparently I can't get an AS-T in time because of unit limitations at my CC (I need one other class and that puts me over the unit limit) but it's for mathematics and not Engineering so would it even be valid?

Also I only need to take on class for the A3 section to meet the requirement for the golden 4 by spring. And the reason why I have over 60 units without much GE's is because I completed as much major pre-reqs on assist.org for different campuses: Math, Comp sci, Chem, Engr, Phys, etc.

The AA's that I qualify for are "Natural science," and "Engineering and Tech."

tl;dr:

Electrical Engineer, finished all but one major pre-req (see below) and have over 60 units. So should I,

-Finish my last physics course
or
-Get my AA's
or
-Finish IGETC/CSU GE

Alright, so I’m probably not going to focus on getting the AA’s but what other classes should I take along my physics course (I’m taking the last A3 class to finish the golden 4 along with physics) if I’m applying to both CSU and UC’s? Since I’m a high unit major would it even matter? My major pre-reqs + couple GE’s already go well past 60 units.

I don’t think its worth getting an associate degree (as an engineer) if it means you are taking classes that won’t benefit you at your transfer school.

I’m transferring out after 3 semesters because I don’t want to stop progressing in my science, math and engineering classes for a semester.

So I don’t really need to take those humanities/social sciences GE’s to transfer to a CSU/UC right? I pretty have the mandatory golden 4 and all my major pre-reqs down. I actually have over 80 semester units :</p>
