Transfer Safety School/non-perfect Stats.

Could someone please suggest some safety transfer schools for me!? I have some I'm going to apply to but I need a safety! I've been researching a lot, and I can't seem to find a decent safety, so hearing some different perspectives would be nice. I'm planning on retaking the SAT/ACT so my scores will go up tremendously,(I didn't do prep, and only took it once. What can I say, I was a slacker...) but just in the unlikely event that they don't... Thank you!

HS stats:
3.0 weighted, 2.6 weighted.

Was member of Art club.
Graduated w/ Honors.
studied under a local artist for 7 years.

SAT:
CR:630
Math:490
Writing:600

ACT:24

College:
We don't have a GPA. (Credit/No Credit)

Taking the most challenging courses possible... although they aren't very challenging.
Will be participating in EC's this upcoming semester...
(student paper, volunteering, etc.)

I'm looking for a small to medium sized school. Cost does not matter...
I'm looking to major in English or Communications.
And preferably they have decent housing.

Thanks!

really, no college GPA

almost all schools have minimum GPA requirement, wonder how this would play out with them

What college did you go to and is it accredited?

I go to School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC),
it is def. accredited…

Why are you transferring?

O_O that is strange. No GPA? How do you pass a class then?

My friend goes to SAIC and tells me it’s Pass/Fail. So, LuChixaro has a pass point oh.
