Transfer schools

I am a student attending a California Community college and I am looking for some advice/feedback regarding schools I should be applying for transfer. I’m starting my Sophomore year this month (summer quarter).

relevant info…

-Intended areas of study: Physics, biochemistry and pre-med.
-GPA: 3.96
-SAT 2016: 1580 (~2370 on old SAT)
-SAT II: Math2 800, Physics 750 (Guess MIT and caltech are out of reach). Plan on taking the Chemistry and possibly Mandarin (curve is insane).
-ECs: I play cello and piano but I am by no means great at either. 6 months volunteer work at a hospital.
-I’ve taken pretty standard classes like calc, chem, physics, bio, literature/writing. I’ve also taken 2 quarters of Mandarin
-Honors program
-I dropped out of high school in the middle of my junior year so I’m not sure if this will hurt me; I’ve heard it could help seeing how I’ve turned my life around pretty drastically. Apparently colleges like to see that??
-Caucasian male

Schools I want to apply to:
-reaches: Stanford, Columbia, Cornell, UC Berkeley
Matches: UC Davis, UCLA, UCSD
Safety: UCSC, Cal Poly SLO

I guess my questions are:
Am I being over confident with my school selection?
What are some things I can do over the next academic year to increase my appeal to the schools mentioned above? (Besides the obvious like keeping a high gpa)

feedback appreciated.

If you are attending a community collage, then your SAT scores are irreverent for transfering purposes!

@uclaparent9 A few of the schools I listed require them for transfer.
