I am a student at northern VA community college and I want to transfer to Virginia Tech (VT) fall 2013. Last semester I messed up on one of my classes and that brought my gpa down, I am retaking that class during the first 8 week semester and that should bring my gpa back up to VT standards. I will have my associates degree before I transfer. Do you think VT will consider my grades after the first 8 week semester and accept me? Does anyone have any tips for me on what to do next? Getting in is everything to me and any information will help. Thanks!
