Transfer student in complicated situation

Hi, I need some help and a few friends recommended me this forum. I am currently a junior in a BFA acting program and for many reasons (mostly health and financial reasons), I cannot complete my studies at my current school. I do not have an American citizenship, so I cannot take out loans. Right now I am looking to either transfer somewhere right away or take a year off and then transfer. I really need help finding schools where I could transfer as a senior, that have at least an “ok” acting program (I am grateful for my training, but I do need a degree) and that are affordable. I’d also like to stay on the east coast. BFA, BA, I don’t care.

Thank you so much in advance. I’m really desperate!

What does “affordable” mean? Really, if you can no longer afford your current school, you need to tell us how much you can actually pay.

I don’t know if there are programs that will accept a student into their senior year and who expects to graduate in that year, but I have never heard of one. Usually it is required that a student spend at minimum two years at a school in order to graduate with a degree.
