Transfer Student - Please chance me!

Hey guys!

Given that EECS is heavily competitive, I'm curious what the average accepted eecs student profile looks like.

If anyone could chance me, I'd really appreciate it. Also, I'm keeping it a bit vague for the sake of anonymity.

ESSAY DETAILS
I've had everyone I know look at it and give me feedback, and also took it to my community college's UC application essay reviewers about 8 times... Even they thought my essay was pretty awesome, and one of the reviewers mentioned how my early revision was the best he's seen all semester.

FUTURE PLANS
Mentioned in the essay how basically I want to either create my own tech startup in silicon valley, or join one. So, I made sure they knew I was a bit entrepreneurial.

Reason I shied away from business major, I grew up working with my dad in his business, oftentimes waking up at 4am in the morning with him to go to work. In the process, I learned a lot about business and people skills that I used in sales. I knew business was something I could become somewhat proficient in by teaching it to myself.

I wanted to major in something that was more difficult, something that would be hard to teach myself. I want to possess the skill set needed to invent or innovate something which I could in-turn bring to market. I don't know if that's a plus in their eyes, or do they just gloss over that?

Thanks again guys!
