Transfer Student Spring Housing Thread

Where is everyone living next semester? I'm strongly learning towards University Plaza, it looks the best quality of life experience compared to the dorms, and a few of my HS friends live there currently and say it is a good place to meet new people as well. Looks more expensive than living downtown, but still cheaper than living on campus. And they have kitchens! But not sure yet, as I have still not visited. Curious what everyone else is learning towards housing wise!
