Currently Attending: local community college in Virginia.
Extra Curriculars and Honors:
-Played semi-pro football/baseball for 3 years
-Volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity the last 2 years
-Active within my church.
-Phi Thetta Kappa.</p>

Occidental College (Computer Science) the fact I can take Caltech classes is a plus
University of Southern California (Computer Science)
Johns Hopkins (Computer Science) Legacy applicant </p>

<p>My questions:
What are my chances on the above schools?
Does anyone have advice if they have applied to these or other schools as a transfer?
Any other random comments regarding this post?</p>

<p>You will be full fee at UC Berkeley. The UC’s are California public schools that are funded by California taxpayers, so OOS students pay full fees of about $55K.</p>

<p>USC is $60K per year, their financial aid is not that great. My son was a National Merit winner and they only offered him $20K which left us with a bill of $30-40K per year.</p>

<p>My daughter got into JH but they didn’t give her a dime.</p>

<p>Occidental is very expensive but they might be okay with financial aid for someone they really want.
You really need to look at all of the schools’ websites and look at the fees pages. That should help with the decisions. </p>
