<p>The Cal Grant site says that I've submitted everything they need and that the renewal is pending. I am going to transfer from community college to university in Fall 2012 so I went on the Cal Grant site and tried to change schools but apparently I can't do this until after my cal grant renewal is approved.</p>
<p>So if we know that we are transferring colleges do we wait until we officially enroll in the new school to change Cal Grant schools? It's not like the FAFSA where you choose multiple schools that you have applied but not enrolled to?</p>
