All of the other CSU’s I’ve applied to have already asked me to send in my transcripts, with the exception of SDSU. Have others been asked for their transcripts yet, or should I take this as a sign that they aren’t even considering me?
SDSU does things a little differently than most CSUs. They do not require transcripts to be sent in until prospective students have been provisionally admitted. They accept students solely based on self reported information, and the transcripts are just to double check that everything reported on the applications was correct.

“Admission is based on self-reported information from your CSUMentor and supplemental applications. Once you are provisionally admitted, we will verify this information against your official transcript(s). Please make sure to report accurate information.”
