Transfer to a university in California

Hi guys, I am looking to transfer in the summer or fall 2014. I have my Associates degree from a CC in florida. My gpa is a 2.6 I know it's low but I was just wondering if you have ever heard of anyone getting into ucla, usc, csulb, csula, or any other schools near LA with a low gpa. I plan to move to LA after graduation, but if you think I could get into a school in that area I would love your opinions. Thanks!

UCLA, USC and CSULB = a zero percent chance those are 3 of the most applied to schools in the state. Competition is cutt throat. CSULA is a maybe but preference is given to instate students for most publics here.

Application deadline has passed for all except SC which is in a few days on Feb 1st.
