Transfer to Baruch?

<p>Hello everyone. I am a freshman at a private college outside of New York State and I am thinking about the possibility of transferring to Baruch for Spring 2013. If I am not accepted as a spring transfer, would I be able to apply again for the next semester, which is Fall 2013?</p>

<p>How does this work? Does anyone know?</p>
