Transfer to College of Engineering

<p>I'm currently attending a foreign university in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. So far, I've maintained a pretty good CGPA and a few ECs. My HS stats weren't really that good but my uni stats are much better.
Anyway I was wondering if someone could chance me for transferring to Cornell Engineering.</p>

<p>HS GPA (UW): 3.43
SAT: 2100
SAT Subject Tests: 2200 - Math2 (760) Physics (740) Chemistry(700)</p>

<p>College GPA: 3.88</p>

<p>Semester 1 Courses:
* Applied Physics - A
* Calculus 1 - A
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills - A
* Religious Studies - B
* Surveying & GIS - A
* C Programming - A
* Engineering Fundamentals - A</p>

<p>Semester 2 Courses:
* Calculus 2 - B+
* Linear Algebra - A
* Chemistry - A
* Engineering Economics - A
* History - B+
* Object-Oriented Programming in C++ - A
* Engineering Circuit Analysis 1 - A</p>

<p>Semester 3 Courses (Almost finished):
* Complex Variables & Transformations
* Numerical Analysis

* Engineering Circuit Analysis 2

* Project Management</p>

<p>ECs: IEEE chapter executive member (webmaster), Conducted a 2-day Flash development workshop, currently doing work with Signals & Systems professor.</p>

<p>Hooks: It may help that I'm a US citizen studying at a foreign university but then again that may actually be a downside lol.</p>

<p>Also, I was checking their [url=<a href="http://www.engineering.cornell.edu/admissions/undergraduate/apply/transfer/requirements.cfm%5Drequirements%5B/url"&gt;http://www.engineering.cornell.edu/admissions/undergraduate/apply/transfer/requirements.cfm]requirements[/url&lt;/a&gt;] page and I don't think the courses I have taken fully cover those that are listed. Does this mean I can't apply?</p>
