Transfer to CUNY-City College

<p>I am re posting this in here since it's NY based sub forum and no one responded to me in the other thread.</p>

<p>I am looking at City College for my last two years of school but I have to ask people some questions about it. I want to major in International Studies and I picked this school out because it's cheap out of state tuition and also because it was one of the few universities in NYC that had International studies and not private based (less pricey!).</p>

<p>I just wanted to ask if anyone knows about or have been too city college or in the international studies program there that could give me some advice about the school and or program?</p>

<p>ETA: Is the reputation for the school better than what it supposedly was years ago? I talked to a woman on you tube and she said when she attended City College was the worst of CUNY and the slacker kids went there.</p>

<p>City College is definitely not the worst CUNY, I’ve been there a few times and the campus is absolutely beautiful. Even if there are kids who doesn’t appear to be on CCNY’s level chances are you wont be stuck in a class with them if you are taking upper level classes. I plan on transferring to city after my AS. </p>
