Transfer to ivy schools

Hi, right now I'm a UT-Austin Freshman and I want to transfer to an Ivy school because I feel like the courses here arent academically rigorous enough. Perhaps I am a bit superficial, but another reason is that Ivy schools have that 'prestigious' feel. I also want to be a doctor. I am planning to transfer after I finish sophomore year and I have a few questions about transferring.

Some background stats:
- Current College: University of Texas at Austin
- Biochemistry major (Honors)
- College GPA: 4.0
- High School GPA: 3.2 (Grades are deflated, my class rank is 4/80.)
- SAT: R/W/M: 600/600/770 (=1970)
- Research Experience in Virology
- Air Force Training (Another thing I want to do is to fly :)), comes with Leadership Training
- Previous multicultural experience and bilingual (studied High School in Hong Kong)

I not sure which Ivies I should put in my target list.(Maybe Harvard or UPenn.) Can you give me any suggestions?
Should I retake SAT or do they not matter?
How many different transfer applications should I attempt at most?
Will any breakthrough in my current lab research get me anywhere?
Another thing is that I havent engaged in much community/volunteer service. Should I do some or is it too obvious I haven't much interest in community work so I should not do any?
Anything else I should consider doing?

Thank you very much.

EDIT:
The deadlines for all the ivy schools have passed. Your only option is to apply to other schools or apply as a junior transfer next year.

Should I retake SAT or do they not matter?
It won’t matter as much.

How many different transfer applications should I attempt at most?
As many as you want. It depends from person to person.

Will any breakthrough in my current lab research get me anywhere?
Depends on the school you are applying to, but most likely yes.

Thanks, but do you have any suggestions on what ivy I should choose and whether I should do any community service?

Also, you said SAT scores dont matter as much. Do you mean they have little to no significance? Do you mean I shouldnt retake it?

How many transfer applications do people submit on average?

Note: I’m still Freshman, but I’m gonna be Sophomore next Fall and I want to be a doctor.

I also go to UT and my suggestion, since you want to be a doctor, is to stay at UT, get a high GPA and ace the MCAT. Then go to a good med school (which you will need a lot of $$$). So don’t transfer is my suggestion.

If you still want to transfer, I can’t really suggest which schools are better in the medical fields because I’ve done little school research in that area.

Test scores will have less significance. And when you apply as a junior transfer, they will almost ignore it. SAT is supposed to estimate your performance in college. Why would they need an “estimate” if they have 3 semesters of college GPA?

Transfer applications can vary from school to school. Penn has ~2000 (again, I don’t know the other school’s stats).
