Transfer to NYU Gallatin from Fordham LC chances?

I'm currently a freshman at Fordham Lincoln Center and am looking to transfer to NYU Gallatin for next spring semester. I currently have a 3.2 GPA, but the major reason for that is my required computer science class, in which I only got a C. Without that class, which is in a field far removed from that which I want to study, I have a 3.48 GPA so far.

(Additionally, I am worried that a photography class that I am currently taking may further screw up my GPA, as it is surprisingly the most difficult class that I am currently taking. The admissions won't care that I didn't do particularly well in a photography class if I did well in my other classes right?)

As for extracurriculars: I've started taking piano lessons outside of school, am thinking of joining the school newspaper next year at Fordham, starting a philosophy club, submitting stories to the Fordham literary magazine, and studying French. In the past I've take a summer High school programs at BU and U Miami, and will be taking college classes at Fordham in May-June and NYU at July-August.

I speak German and English fluently, am originally from Austria (in Europe), and have spent my life in primarily Europe, Australia (down under), and America.

I got a 2100 on my SAT and got a 3 and 4 on my US History and EU History AP exams. I also took two SAT II's, although I forgot what specifically my scores are (they were good though). My high school GPA is not impressive, I only have a 3.0.

I have a very eclectic taste in academic subjects and am very passionate about learning. I was wondering how much of a difference it would make if I gave a very detailed, creative and original proposal for what I would like to study.

With all of this in mind, what would my chances be at getting into Gallatin?
