transfer to rutgers !

<p>I am a second year BBS student at Delhi University (at Shaheed Sukhdev College of business studies.)
I want to transfer to a US university and continue business management undergrad from there.
My CBSE score was 91.2 %
My SAT score was around 1700 and I am about to take my TOEFL.
Universities are asking for credits but here in India, our courses dont have credits allotted to the, What do i do?
Any ideas on what the chances are or what are the other requirements i would have to fulfill??</p>
