I'm attempting to transfer to the school of Engineering in the summer as a Civil engineer. I have completed Calc 1 and 2 with an A. My current GPA is a 3.695, however, UT still has not received or shown that they have received my current transcript so they might have my GPA as a 3.667. I have one letter of recommendation and put a lot of work into my essays. Due to family issues I need to move closer to home but don't want to sacrifice my education so I really need to get in. I'm interested in either Physics or Computer Science as my 2nd choice major but don't know much about transfer into them. So I guess what are my chances and what are the pros/cons of transfer to Physics or CS?
