I am currently a freshmen at Pace University - NYC. I want to transfer to Vassar because I really don't like it at Pace. I've visited Vassar 3 times since the summer and I fall in love more and more each time. I had requested to do an overnight stay to attend one of their classes (psychology/neuroscience since I'm possibly leaning towards those majors) on nov 6. Vassar is now my top choice to transfer to but I'm afraid from doing so poorly my high school years, I won't get accepted and with them only taking 3% of transfers, my expectations are really low.

High School :
GPA UW - 3.2
SAT I - 1350
ACT - 15
ECs- I didn't so much since I started working my last two years of high school.
freshmen year - SGA, French Club, Student Liason Committee, PCANJ (outside curriculum), and did cross country. sophomore same as above with french honor society, changed my sport to rowing crew.
Classes - my senior year I took Humanities, Intro to Law, AP Statistics, Personal Finance, Honors French (4th year) and Pre Calculus.
Work (Paid) - Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant and receptionist. worked since my junior year to post graduate all year round. usually up to or more than 30 hours a week.

I did terribly my high school years because my dad had suffered an accident right before I was entering high school which caused him to be physically disabled. both my parents are unemployed and the only one who works is my 23 year old sister who is a college student. I started working at 16 to help my parent and stopped a week before I entered college.

College: (undecided) - Pace University
I currently don't know my GPA but I'm pretty sure I'm getting 3 As and 2 Bs. but I'm shooting higher since being a transfer is much more competitive than applying as a freshmen.
Classes - Composition and Rhetoric I, Composition (Learning Community), Intro to Psychology, Europe Since World War I, Communications,
EC's- I'm not doing any since I commute to the city from Jersey and to be quite honest, I don't feel comfortable in that school and I want to learn from my mistake in high school where I let ECs take over my academics.

I know my stats aren't great at all but I'm wanted someone else's point of view if I have a chance to transfer to Vassar?
Thank you!
