Transfer trouble !!! :(

<p>I'm from Connecticut, going to be attending Community College this fall due to financial issues. Anyway, after a year or two (2 at most), I'm looking into transferring to either a university in Florida (UCF or FSU or FU) or in California. Anywhere out of state.</p>

<p>TWO QUESTIONS:
What are the chances of me getting accepted into an out of state university after attending a community college here in CT?
Any universities or colleges more flexible with transfer students from out of state that you guys may know of?</p>

<p>ALSO, my concern is that I am EXTREMELY interested in studying abroad. Being a transfer student... what are my options with that? I know it varies on what school and I would have to consult with them. But I'd like to know if it's possible to study abroad as a Transfer student. Is it possible in any of the Florida Universities I listed?</p>

<p>Why don’t you do a study abroad while at the CC? It would be pretty hard to o it your first year as a transfer. You should have no problem transferring to many colleges in both FL and CA. The only issue might be getting financial aid.</p>
