<p>It depends on your school. Some schools do not allow students to double major in two business fields. Yet, it is possible, and you have to ask your potential school about that. </p>

<p>Every school is different I just transferred to FSU from a florida CC with an AA in accounting. They will allow me to double major in finance if I choose. But some schools wont. You should call the business school of where your thinking about going.</p>
<p>Of course, after you transfer, you can do whatever you want, as long as you are accepted to a business school. I have seen people who got business degrees from good schools and then went to a medical school. The problem is that when you transfer and switch around majors–you lose time, money, and credits.
Personally, I went to a community college myself, then got my associates, and transfered to a 4 year college, and pursued the degree in accounting.</p>

<p>Yes it is a good idea to pair a MBA in finance with UG in accounting, but you should finish your UG first, then work for a while, and then get a MBA. Honestly, I have not heard about 1 year MBA program, maybe it is a MS?</p>

<p>You can do almost anything you want: become a financial analyst, a banker, a consultant, a CFO, etc. Why don’t you get your undergraduate first and then go to a different school for a MBA. It is better when you have degrees from different schools, and for a MBA, you should go to a reputable school like Columbia, NYU, Cornell, CUNY Baruch (if you stay in NY), etc. </p>
