I recently applied as a transfer student to the Rutgers School of Arts and Science in New Brunswick and Rutgers School of Engineering and am hoping to get into both schools so I can pursue a double major in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. By the fall I will have an associates degree in computer science and an associates degree in engineering science from a local community college. However, I am worried about my chances as my senior year of high school I missed quite a bit of school due to a personal issue. My stats as of applying are:

Community College Credits: 113
Cumulative Community College GPA: 3.3/4.0
Computer Science Program GPA: 3.4/4.0
Engineering Science Program GPA: 3.4/4.0

High School GPA: 3.2/5.0
High School GPA not including senior year: 3.6/5.0
5 honors classes taken

Over 75 hours of community service/volunteer work
Submitted the best essay I could

I bounced around a while in different fields which is why I have so many community college credits. All of the GPAs Im hoping will be boosted up by a tenth for the spring semester. I understand many universities are forgiving for lower high school GPAs if augmented by a decent transfer GPA. Do you guys think that I stand a chance at admittance to both schools?
