<p>Hey guys, I am currently attending a Community College and I'm transferring to colleges this fall and I'm applying now. I have a couple of questions. First, I'm not sure whether or not I am going to receive my AA degree. I would only be able to obtain it in the summer so my question is, is it okay for me to put down on my applications that I will be receiving my AA degree at my community college even though I'm not sure if I will or not? I know my chances of getting in will be better if they see if I'll be getting my AA degree, and I'm sure I will get my response from all my colleges before I even start any of my summer classes. Is this alright to do? I'm not sure if it's worth it for me to get my AA degree from my college or if it's a waste of money. Is it okay if I say I'm going to get my AA on my applications but then after I get accepted, I never get my AA from the college? I'm not trying to cheat the system but I'm truly not sure on whether I will be getting my AA from the school or not, and if it's going to help my chances, I want to know if it's okay that I do this.</p>
<p>Also, I am applying to colleges as a Mechanical Engineering major, however I don't have the greatest GPA. Should I apply to these colleges as a ME Major or as a Liberal Arts major and once I get in change my major to ME? Is that possible to do?</p>
