<p>I applied early decision to one of those so called "little ivies" last year.I was deferred but gained hope when my area reader called me an told me that the committee was worried about my performance in some subject areas and asked me to write a letter about though issues. needless to say i was later denied.:( I am thinking of transferring to there. my State school GPA will be strong around a 3.8 ,i have perfect SAT II scores in both world and us history and decent SAT scores,and 1850 including 710 on reading,and have been fairly active including a stint at the Democratic National convention and am a URM. there tranfer rate is about 20%. I will also apply to Conn College with a rate of 40%,UNC chapel hill my flagship state school and Boston college where my brother attends.....IS my dream of a LAC possible ?</p>
